Redeemer is delighted to present our third annual Farm to Fork Fundraiser dinner to showcase our beautiful prairie and the farmers and producers of fine local ingredients. This year we will offer a four-course meal commencing with wine, soft drinks and charcuterie on the prairie. Dinner service will include butternut squash soup, fresh greens topped with homemade dressing, beef tenderloin, brown and wild rice with mushrooms, and fresh carrots with honey sauce. Desserts will be an assortment of chocolates, pecan tarts and fruit cobbler.
